• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Customized, special-order, or clearance sale items.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

4. Ship the product back to our return address at your own cost (unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered).

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only available if you received a defective or incorrect product.

• If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos/videos as proof.

• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
