At Ayyappa Plastics, we are committed to ensuring your irrigation products are delivered safely, promptly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping and delivery of our products, including laterals, valves, connectors, washers, and other related items.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India (and export to select countries, if applicable). For international shipments, please contact our sales team for availability and terms.

2. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after confirmation and payment.

• Custom Orders or Bulk Quantities: May require additional time. We will notify you of the estimated dispatch time.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, delivery location, and shipping method.

• Charges will be communicated at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

• Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotional periods (as announced).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and logistics provider details via email/WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier’s official website or contact our support team for updates.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

• Include order details and photos (if applicable) of damaged products or packaging.

• We will coordinate with the shipping partner and ensure resolution as per our Return & Replacement Policy.

7. Delivery

        All orders are delivered directly by Ayyappa Plastics using our own transport or authorized delivery vehicles. This ensures full control over product handling and timely delivery.

8. Product Inspection & Acknowledgment

• Please inspect all items in the presence of the delivery team.

• Any visible damages or missing items must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt.

• Once signed and accepted, the delivery will be considered complete and accurate.
